Payment Policy

Nomad RV Campers accepts payment through the payment options made available on our website, during checkout, on an invoice, in a quotation, or directly through authorized payment instructions provided by our team.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the product, transaction amount, customer location, or payment provider.

The amount payable for an order may include the product purchase price together with any applicable:

• Shipping or transportation charges.
• Delivery or setup costs.
• Optional accessories.
• Requested modifications.
• Installation services.
• Applicable taxes or government charges.

The applicable total should be displayed or communicated to the customer before payment is completed.

Submitting a payment does not necessarily mean an order has been fully accepted or completed.

• Delivery details.
• Requested product specifications.

Where further verification is required, we may contact you before completing the order.

Changes requested after a quotation is issued may result in revised pricing.

A quotation may also be updated where delivery locations, product specifications, modifications, or other relevant order requirements change.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices shown on our website, quotations, invoices, and other sales materials are accurate.

If a material pricing error is identified before an order has been finalized, we may contact the customer to explain the error and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order.

We will not knowingly substitute a different price after an order has been accepted without communicating the relevant change to the customer.

Prices and payments will be processed in the currency displayed or specified for the transaction.

Where a customer's financial institution performs a currency conversion, the exchange rate and any conversion charges may be determined by that financial institution or payment provider.

Nomad RV Campers is not responsible for exchange-rate differences or independent bank conversion charges.

Customers should use only authorized payment instructions associated with their purchase.

Before sending payment, customers should carefully verify:

If you believe you have accidentally made the same payment more than once or paid more than the required amount, contact us with the relevant transaction information.

Once the duplicate or excess payment is verified, the applicable amount may be refunded or otherwise applied as agreed with the customer.

To protect customers and our business, we may review transactions where there are reasonable indications of unauthorized payment, fraud, identity misuse, or unusual transaction activity.

We may request reasonable verification before completing such an order.

Orders involving suspected unauthorized or fraudulent payments may be suspended or cancelled where appropriate.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, order, and transaction information.

Incorrect information may cause delays in verifying or processing an order.

Please contact us promptly if you discover an error in the information associated with your purchase.

Applicable taxes, registration fees, government charges, duties, or similar costs may apply depending on the transaction, product, delivery destination, and applicable law.

Where Nomad RV Campers is required to collect such amounts, they may be included in or added to the order total.

Some transactions may be processed through independent banks, card processors, payment gateways, financing providers, or other financial institutions.

Those providers may apply their own terms, security requirements, processing procedures, transaction limits, or service fees.

Nomad RV Campers does not control independent processing delays or fees imposed directly by a customer's financial institution.

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation eligibility may depend on whether the order has already entered preparation, customization, transportation, dispatch, or delivery.

Any applicable refund following an approved cancellation will be handled according to the circumstances of the order and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Approved refunds are processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Approved refunds are generally issued using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

After a refund has been issued, the customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in the receiving account.

If you believe there is an error relating to a payment, order, refund, or transaction, we encourage you to contact Nomad RV Campers first so that we can review the issue.

Where a formal payment dispute or chargeback is submitted, we may provide relevant transaction records, order documentation, delivery information, correspondence, and other appropriate evidence to the payment provider.

Nothing in this provision limits any lawful rights available to the customer.

Unless another payment arrangement has been expressly agreed, applicable payment obligations must generally be satisfied before an order is released for final delivery, shipment, or collection.

For transactions involving a deposit, any remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed schedule.

Customers should retain their order confirmation, invoice, receipt, transaction confirmation, and other relevant purchase records.

These records may be useful when requesting support, verifying an order, processing a return, or resolving a transaction question.

We may update this Payment Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our payment procedures, services, payment providers, business operations, or applicable requirements.

Updated terms will apply from the date they are published unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in this Payment Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any mandatory consumer rights or payment protections available under applicable law.
