Application of These Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of products
and services supplied by Nomad RV Campers, including where
applicable:
- RV campers.
- Travel trailers.
- Truck campers.
- Truck toppers.
- Recreational vehicles.
- Parts and accessories.
- Modifications and installations.
- Delivery and transportation services.

Eligibility
Legal Capacity to Purchase
By entering into a transaction with Nomad RV Campers,
you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into
a binding agreement.
If purchasing on behalf of a business, organization, or
another person, you represent that you have authority to
act on their behalf.

Products
Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product
descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions,
features, equipment information, and other relevant details.
However, photographs may be representative and minor
differences in color, finish, manufacturer components,
equipment, or configuration may occur.
Customers should review the applicable product information
and raise any material questions before completing a
purchase.

Specifications
Manufacturer Changes
Manufacturers may change product specifications, equipment,
materials, finishes, dimensions, or design details from
time to time.
Where a change is material to an existing order and becomes
known to us before fulfillment, we will make reasonable
efforts to communicate the relevant information.

Availability
Inventory Availability
All products are subject to availability.
A product appearing on our website does not necessarily
guarantee that it remains available when an order is
submitted.
Where a product becomes unavailable after an order is
submitted, we may offer an alternative, provide an updated
availability estimate, or cancel and refund the applicable
order where appropriate.

Orders
Order Submission & Acceptance
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the
order has been accepted.
Acceptance may be subject to:
- Product availability.
- Payment verification.
- Pricing confirmation.
- Delivery feasibility.
- Customer information verification.
- Confirmation of requested specifications.
We reserve the right to decline an order where there is a
reasonable commercial, logistical, legal, payment, or
availability-related reason.

Quotations
Written Quotes & Estimates
Quotations issued by Nomad RV Campers are subject to any
validity period, scope, assumptions, specifications, and
conditions stated in the quotation.
A quotation may be revised if:
- The requested product changes.
- The delivery location changes.
- Additional modifications are requested.
- Shipping requirements change.
- The quotation expires before acceptance.

Pricing
Prices & Charges
Product prices are those shown or otherwise communicated
for the applicable transaction at the relevant time.
Depending on the purchase, additional charges may apply for:
- Transportation.
- Delivery.
- Installation.
- Setup.
- Custom modifications.
- Accessories.
- Applicable taxes or government charges.
These charges should be communicated before the applicable
transaction is finalized.

Pricing Accuracy
Errors in Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing,
but occasional errors may occur.
If a material pricing error is identified before an order
has been finalized, we may correct the price and provide
the customer with the option to proceed or cancel the
affected order.

Payment
Payment Obligations
Payment must be made using an approved payment method
communicated or made available by Nomad RV Campers.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment
information and payment instructions are accurate.
Products may not be released, shipped, delivered,
customized, or prepared until applicable payment
requirements have been satisfied.

Deposits
Deposits & Outstanding Balances
Certain orders may require a deposit or partial payment
before preparation, modification, reservation, or other
work begins.
Any outstanding balance must be paid according to the
agreed payment schedule.
Unless otherwise agreed, final payment may be required
before release, dispatch, or delivery.

Taxes
Sales Tax & Government Charges
Applicable sales tax or similar transaction taxes will be
collected where legally required.
Tax treatment may depend on the product, delivery
destination, transaction type, and applicable jurisdiction.
Title, registration, licensing, plate, inspection, or other
government charges may be separate from ordinary sales tax
and may remain the customer's responsibility where
applicable.

Custom Orders
Modifications & Customization
Products may sometimes be modified or configured according
to customer specifications.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming
requested specifications before custom work begins.
Once customization has started, changes may result in
additional costs, delays, or different cancellation and
return conditions.

Customer Approval
Confirming Specifications
Customers should carefully review dimensions,
configuration, color, options, accessories, modifications,
and other important specifications before approving a
customized order.
Where written approval is provided, that approval may be
relied upon when preparing the product.

Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery arrangements may depend on product size,
destination, carrier availability, access conditions,
transportation requirements, and other logistical factors.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed
otherwise in writing.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information and
notify us of any access restrictions that may affect the
delivery.

Site Access
Delivery Location Requirements
Customers receiving large or oversized products are
responsible for ensuring that the destination is reasonably
accessible.
Relevant considerations may include:
- Road width.
- Driveway width.
- Gate clearance.
- Overhead clearance.
- Ground condition.
- Turning space.
- Local access restrictions.
Additional charges may apply if unsuitable access causes
delay, redelivery, additional equipment, or additional
transportation services.

Delivery Inspection
Receiving Your Purchase
Customers should inspect their purchase as soon as
reasonably possible after delivery.
Visible transportation damage, materially incorrect
products, or significant delivery issues should be
documented and reported promptly.
Photographs or video may be requested to help evaluate
delivery-related concerns.

Risk
Care After Delivery
After delivery or customer collection, the customer is
responsible for reasonable care, storage, security,
maintenance, and lawful use of the product.
Nothing in this section limits any rights relating to
qualifying defects, delivery damage, warranty claims, or
mandatory consumer protections.

Returns
30-Day Return Period
Eligible purchases may be returned in accordance with our
Returns & Refunds Policy.

Return eligibility may depend on product condition,
customization, use, delivery circumstances, and other
requirements stated in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refunds
Refund Processing
Once an eligible returned product has been received,
inspected, and approved, the applicable refund will be
processed within 14 calendar days.
REFUND TIMELINE
Within 14 Days
following approval of an eligible return.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time
to post the refunded funds after we issue them.

Cancellations
Order Cancellation
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us as
soon as possible.
Cancellation may be easier before the order has entered
preparation, customization, shipment, or transportation.
Costs already reasonably incurred in connection with a
customer-requested cancellation may affect the amount
refundable where permitted by applicable law.

Customized Product Returns
Products manufactured, modified, or configured specifically
according to customer instructions may be subject to
different return or cancellation conditions.
Any material restrictions that apply to a specific custom
order should be communicated as part of the order process.

Warranty
Manufacturer Warranties
Certain RVs, appliances, components, parts, equipment, or
accessories may include warranties supplied by their
respective manufacturers.
Such warranties are governed by the manufacturer's own
terms, exclusions, maintenance requirements, claim
procedures, and warranty periods.

Maintenance
Customer Care & Maintenance
Customers are responsible for maintaining their RV,
camper, trailer, topper, accessories, and equipment
according to manufacturer guidance and safe operating
practices.
Failure to perform appropriate maintenance may affect the
condition, performance, safety, or applicable warranty
coverage of the product.

Towing
Towing & Vehicle Compatibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their tow
vehicle, hitch, tires, brakes, electrical connections,
suspension, and other relevant equipment are suitable for
the product being towed.
Published towing capacities and product weights should be
considered alongside applicable manufacturer requirements
and legal limits.

Legal Use
Registration, Licensing & Permits
Customers are responsible for determining any registration,
licensing, title, insurance, inspection, zoning, permit,
or usage requirements applicable to their purchase.
Requirements may vary according to product type and
jurisdiction.

Third Parties
Independent Service Providers
Some transactions may involve independent manufacturers,
transportation providers, payment processors, financing
companies, installers, or other third parties.
Those parties may operate under their own terms,
procedures, warranties, or service conditions.

Delays
Events Beyond Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for unavoidable delays caused by
circumstances reasonably beyond our control.
Examples may include:
- Severe weather.
- Natural disasters.
- Carrier interruptions.
- Road closures.
- Supply-chain disruption.
- Manufacturer delays.
- Government restrictions.
- Labor disruptions.
- Public emergencies.

Customer Information
Accuracy of Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and
complete information when placing an order.
This includes billing details, delivery information,
specifications, contact details, and any relevant site
access information.
Delays or additional costs arising from materially
inaccurate customer-supplied information may remain the
customer's responsibility where appropriate.

Fraud Prevention
Transaction Verification
We may conduct reasonable verification where a transaction
appears unusual or where there are concerns regarding
unauthorized payment or fraud.
Orders may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled where
reasonable verification cannot be completed.

Payment Safety
Customers should only make payment using payment
instructions officially provided for their transaction.
Nomad RV Campers will not require customers to provide
online banking passwords, security PINs, or one-time
authentication codes in order to verify payment.
If payment information appears unusual or changes
unexpectedly, please contact us before sending funds.

Disputes
Concerns & Resolution
If you have a concern relating to an order, payment,
delivery, product, refund, or service, we encourage you
to contact Nomad RV Campers so the matter can be reviewed.
We aim to address legitimate customer concerns fairly and
in accordance with the applicable transaction documents
and consumer rights.

Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nomad
RV Campers will not be responsible for indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from
a transaction where such liability may lawfully be
excluded.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits
liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Consumer Rights
Mandatory Legal Protections
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to
exclude, restrict, waive, or override mandatory consumer
rights available under applicable law.
Where a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal
requirement that cannot be waived, the applicable legal
requirement will prevail to the extent of that conflict.

Related Store Policies
These Terms & Conditions should be read together with
other applicable policies published by Nomad RV Campers,
including:
- Terms of Service.
- Privacy Policy.
- Payment Policy.
- Sales Tax Policy.
- Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- Returns & Refunds Policy.
Where a transaction-specific quotation or written
agreement contains additional terms, those terms may also
form part of the applicable purchase agreement.

Updates to These Conditions
Nomad RV Campers may update these Terms & Conditions
from time to time to reflect changes in business
operations, products, services, policies, or applicable
requirements.
Updated conditions will apply from the date they are
published unless another effective date is stated.

Severability
Validity of Remaining Provisions
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is determined
to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision
may be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Entire Agreement
Complete Purchase Agreement
The applicable order confirmation, invoice, quotation,
these Terms & Conditions, and any policies or documents
expressly incorporated into the transaction together form
the applicable agreement concerning the purchase.
