10
Payment

Payment Obligations

Payment must be made using an approved payment method communicated or made available by Nomad RV Campers.

Sales Tax & Government Charges

Applicable sales tax or similar transaction taxes will be collected where legally required.

Tax treatment may depend on the product, delivery destination, transaction type, and applicable jurisdiction.

Title, registration, licensing, plate, inspection, or other government charges may be separate from ordinary sales tax and may remain the customer's responsibility where applicable.

13

Modifications & Customization

Products may sometimes be modified or configured according to customer specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming requested specifications before custom work begins.

Once customization has started, changes may result in additional costs, delays, or different cancellation and return conditions.

14
Customer Approval

Confirming Specifications

Customers should carefully review dimensions, configuration, color, options, accessories, modifications, and other important specifications before approving a customized order.

Where written approval is provided, that approval may be relied upon when preparing the product.

15
Delivery

Shipping & Delivery

Visible transportation damage, materially incorrect products, or significant delivery issues should be documented and reported promptly.

Photographs or video may be requested to help evaluate delivery-related concerns.

Customized Product Returns

Products manufactured, modified, or configured specifically according to customer instructions may be subject to different return or cancellation conditions.

Any material restrictions that apply to a specific custom order should be communicated as part of the order process.

Towing & Vehicle Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their tow vehicle, hitch, tires, brakes, electrical connections, suspension, and other relevant equipment are suitable for the product being towed.

Published towing capacities and product weights should be considered alongside applicable manufacturer requirements and legal limits.
